Falenderimi i takon Allahut (azzevexhel), nd\u00ebrsa salavatet dhe selamet qofshin mbi t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin ton\u00eb Muhamedin (salallahu alejhiveselem), mbi familjen e tij t\u00eb past\u00ebr, mbi shok\u00ebt e tij besnik, si dhe mbi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb e pasuan dhe e pasojn\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e tij deri n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Gjykimit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00eb pari: N\u00eb lidhje me therrjen e kurbanit, dijetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb mendime t\u00eb ndryshme. Disa prej dijetar\u00ebve jan\u00eb t\u00eb mendimit se therrja e kurbanit \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb ka mund\u00ebsi dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi i Imam Euzait, Ebu Hanifes, Lejthit dhe disa dijetar\u00ebve t\u00eb medhhebit Malikij.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrsa shumica e dijetar\u00ebve jan\u00eb t\u00eb mendimit se therrja e kurbanit \u00ebsht\u00eb sunet i fort\u00eb dhe nuk arrin n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn e obligimit duke u bazuar n\u00eb hadithin n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin Pejgamberi (salallahu alejhiveselem) thot\u00eb: \u201cKur t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb dhjet\u00eb dit\u00ebt (e Dhul Hixhes) dhe dikush prej jush d\u00ebshiron q\u00eb t\u00eb therr kurban, mos t\u00eb prek\u00eb asgj\u00eb prej flok\u00ebve (qimeve) t\u00eb tij dhe prej l\u00ebkur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij\u201d. (Transmeton Muslimi) K\u00ebshtuq\u00eb, me fjal\u00ebn: \u201cd\u00ebshiron q\u00eb t\u00eb therr kurban\u201d n\u00ebnkuptohet se therrja e tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb transmetuar nga sahabet se therrja e kurbanit \u00ebsht\u00eb sunet dhe nuk ka ndonj\u00eb mendim t\u00eb tyre se therrja e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb vaxhib (obligim). Si dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb transmetuar se Ebu Bekri dhe Omeri (radijallahuanhuma) nuk kan\u00eb therrur kurban. (Transmeton AbduRazaku dhe Bejhekiu me zinxhir\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi i Imam Malikut, Shafiut, Ahmedit dhe dijetar\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb (dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi me t\u00eb cilin e adhurojm\u00eb Allahun dhe shpresojm\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb i sakt\u00eb).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00eb dyti: Kushtet e kurbanit:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-T\u00eb jet\u00eb prej kafsh\u00ebve t\u00eb pranuara p\u00ebr kurban, si: Deve, lop\u00eb apo dele.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">-T\u00eb ket\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar mosh\u00ebn e pranuar p\u00ebr kurban. Mosha e tij (kurbanit), n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb: Deve \u2013 duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb pes\u00eb vite; Lop\u00eb \u2013 dy vite; Dhi \u2013 nj\u00eb vit dhe dele \u2013 s\u00eb paku gjasht\u00eb muaj.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">-T\u00eb jet\u00eb e past\u00ebr prej t\u00eb metave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, si: Verb\u00ebria e qart\u00eb, s\u00ebmundja e dukshme dhe e qart\u00eb, \u00e7alimi i qart\u00eb dhe dob\u00ebsia e qart\u00eb e trupit. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">-T\u00eb therret n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e caktuar sipas Sheriatit, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb prej pas faljes s\u00eb namazit t\u00eb Bajramit dhe p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb hutbes, deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e tret\u00eb t\u00eb Teshrikut (tri dit\u00eb pas dit\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb Bajramit).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00eb treti: Njeriu q\u00eb therr kurban (ose b\u00ebn nijet p\u00ebr t\u00eb, edhe n\u00ebse therr\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb dikush tjet\u00ebr):<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Duhet q\u00eb mos t\u2019i pres\u00eb flok\u00ebt dhe thonj\u00ebt e tij gjat\u00eb dhjet\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb para t\u00eb Dhul Hixhes. Thot\u00eb Pejgamberi (salallahu alejhiveselem): \u201cKur t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb dhjet\u00eb dit\u00ebt (e Dhul Hixhes) dhe dikush prej jush d\u00ebshiron q\u00eb t\u00eb therr kurban, mos t\u00eb prek\u00eb asgj\u00eb prej flok\u00ebve (qimeve) t\u00eb tij dhe prej l\u00ebkur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij\u201d. (Transmeton Muslimi)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00eb kat\u00ebrti: Mishi dhe l\u00ebkura e kurbanit:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nuk lejohet t\u00eb shitet asgj\u00eb prej kurbanit, porse \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00eblqyer ndarja e mishit t\u00eb tij tij n\u00eb tri pjes\u00eb. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb p\u00ebr vete, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb p\u00ebr dhurat\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb p\u00ebr sadaka (l\u00ebmosh\u00eb). Nd\u00ebrsa shitja e tij apo e l\u00ebkur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndaluar. Thot\u00eb Pejgamberi (salallahu alejhiveselem): \u201cKush e shet l\u00ebkur\u00ebn e kurbanit t\u00eb tij, ai nuk ka kurban\u201d.
