Pyetje: Es-selamu alejkum Hoxh i nderuar. Pyetja ime eshte se a lejohet falja e namazit ne nje xhami ku eshte bler apo ndertuar me kamat dhe a lejohet me i ndihmu nje xhamijes qe eshte ble me kamat (me qellim qe te del sa ma shpejt nga ky haram i madh). Allahu ju shperbleft dhe ju ruajt. \u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u00ebrgjigje: Alejkumselam. Falenderimi i takon Allahut (azzevexhel), nd\u00ebrsa salavatet dhe selamet qofshin mbi t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin ton\u00eb Muhamedin (salallahualejhiveselem), mbi familjen e tij t\u00eb past\u00ebr, mbi shok\u00ebt e tij besnik, si dhe mbi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb e pasuan dhe e pasojn\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e tij deri n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Gjykimit. \u00a0
V\u00eblla i dashur, nuk ka dyshim se kamata \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndaluar n\u00eb fen\u00eb e Allahut (azzevexhel) dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb prej m\u00ebkateve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, pa marr\u00eb parasysh\u00eb se p\u00ebr \u00e7ka shfryt\u00ebzohen parat\u00eb q\u00eb merren n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet saj. Dhe njeriu i cili merr kamat\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar xhami, gjithashtu e ka m\u00ebkatin e k\u00ebsaj ndalese dhe nuk atsyetohet me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar. Thot\u00eb Allahu (azzevexhel): \u201cO ju q\u00eb keni besuar, kini frik\u00eb Allahun dhe n\u00ebse jeni besimtar t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb hiqni dor\u00eb prej asaj q\u00eb ka mbetur nga kamata. E n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se nuk e b\u00ebni k\u00ebt\u00eb (nuk hiqni dor\u00eb nga kamata), at\u00ebher\u00eb binduni se jeni n\u00eb luft\u00eb me Allahun dhe t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin e Tij\u201d. Por m\u00ebkati i tij mbetet vet\u00ebm tek ai, duke mos u p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebkat,  edhe n\u00ebse ata e shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb vendin apo nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebn q\u00eb ai e ka bler\u00eb me parat\u00eb e ndaluara. K\u00ebshtuq\u00eb namazi n\u00eb xhamin\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb bler\u00eb apo nd\u00ebrtuar me kamat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i lejuar dhe nuk ka ndonj\u00eb penges\u00eb n\u00eb faljen e namazit n\u00eb at\u00eb xhami.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

E shohim q\u00eb nuk ka ndonj\u00eb ndales\u00eb t\u00eb falet njeriu n\u00eb at\u00eb xhami, edhe n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar me para t\u00eb kamat\u00ebs, apo me para q\u00eb jan\u00eb fituar diku tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb haram, sepse m\u00ebkati \u00ebsht\u00eb mbi at\u00eb q\u00eb i ka fituar n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb.. K\u00ebshtuq\u00eb lejohet t\u00eb falet njeriu n\u00eb xhamin\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtuar me kamat\u00eb, si dhe lejohet t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb xhami, duke i k\u00ebshilluar bler\u00ebsit apo nd\u00ebrtuesit e saj t\u00eb pendohen tek Allahu (azzevexhel) nga ky m\u00ebkat i madh.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
