(Transmeton Ebu Davudi me zinxhir\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb) &nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2-E disa dijetar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb mendimit se ngjyrosja e flok\u00ebve me t\u00eb zez\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mekruh (e pap\u00eblqyer) dhe se argumentet e lartp\u00ebrmendura nuk ndalojn\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb prer\u00eb nj\u00eb veprim t\u00eb till\u00eb. &nbsp; <br>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi i Muxhahidit, Seid Ibn Xhubejrit, Mekhulit, Imam Malikut dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. &nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3-Nd\u00ebrsa mendimi i tret\u00eb i dijetar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb se ngjyrosja e flok\u00ebve me t\u00eb zez\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i lejuar, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: &nbsp;<br> -Argumenti i par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb argument i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb i cili flet p\u00ebr Ebu Kuhafen dhe p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendjen e tij.
